Try to go to some gasoline station they offer cheep labor and just watch them when they work on your car

it really shouldnt be much. but why dont you call your usual garage and ask them?
Most places wont do it unless its special synthetic oil, because they also make money on selling oil, filters, by markup. Should be about 20 bucks
I would guesstimate $20 ..i guess it would depend on what part of the country you live in though.
What ever the shop charges for labor plus the disposal fees and taxes. IE our shop is at 98.00 an hour flat rate so a 1/2 hr oil change would be 49.00 in labor.

Whatever the shop wants to charge you, if they are willing to do it. They will almost certainly charge you more for the labor then if you bought the oil and filter from them. Oil changes are a money-loser anyway and if you don't even buy the parts from the shop they have to charge more to make up the additional loss.
