you probably have a 3.8 in it. i have a 1988 olds delta 88 and it has a 3.8. yes it has a oil filter, its on the passenger side down by the crank. a tune-up depends on all your going to do. i tune mine myself. ill give you a ball park figure, you can give a complete tune-up, no more then ill say $75 or $80 , dont forget to clean out the throttle body, get a can of throttle body cleaner. you can save a bunch of money if you do it yourself or get a shadetree mech. good car, you have there.
a good tune up will cost you 150 change all the filters ,all the oils , plugs , timing belt tune up, . thats good you still got it
