Has anyone heard of a 1990-1993 honda accord to leak at the oil filter?

Someone told me that if a Honda leaks oil, that's probably where it's at. Because of a bad ring or seal inside where the filter screws on? Hmm... I don't know....that's what the mechanic said?Has anyone heard of a 1990-1993 honda accord to leak at the oil filter?
