If its a spin on filter (they look like a canister that sticks out) just twist off and twist on. If it's a cartridge filter (looks like a metal or plastic cap) then youll have to twist that off and replace the the filter inside then screw back on. unscrew it. its on the front of the engine, under the exhaust.(i recommend doing it cold). it will spill ouil down onto the block and frame, so get a can of ';brakleen'; or something to spray it off. screw the new one in and you are done.
Same spin on filter like any earlier V6 Toyota engine,same part number too.
