Where is the oil filter in the 2007 camry? It dosen't say anything about it in the manual.?

I cannot find the lication of the oil filter in the V6 2007 camry. And the manual says nothing about it. Can anyone help?Where is the oil filter in the 2007 camry? It dosen't say anything about it in the manual.?
the oil filter is a pain to get to on your car. Normally you would want the engine to be hot when you change the oil to get a good drain but if you are going to do it yourself i suggest to do it while cold. THe oil filter is under the exhaust manifold on front of engine just below the oil fill cap. You will probably need a filter cup and a 3 or 6 inch extension and a ratchet. You can try with a wrench but the exhaust gets in the way. TO save yourself a lot of grief take it to a quick lube or dealer. But you can do it yourself like i said just make sure your engie is cold or you WILL get burnt.Where is the oil filter in the 2007 camry? It dosen't say anything about it in the manual.?
Oil filter is always near the bottom of the engine. You will see it if you look from below.
the owners manual only displays information that is relevant to the owner, therefore you probably should take your car to an auto shop, oil changes should be done by a professional to make sure that there's no damage done to the car.
