Where is the oil filter for a 93' chevy blazer?

i just started changing my oil i just drained the oil and now i want to change the filter but i cant find the thing. help please.Where is the oil filter for a 93' chevy blazer?
Look below the bumper, between the recovery hooks. You'll see a small plastic door that says ';Oil Filter Access';. Pop the door down and you'll see the filter.Where is the oil filter for a 93' chevy blazer?

b/c if it is the filter should be in front of the motor on the bottom under a plastic skid plate thing. atleast thats where mine is on my 94 gmc jimmy.
