Does anybody know where the oil filter of a 2002 Saturn Vue is located?

should be on the passenger side of the engine.Crawl under the vehicle and look.I have heard some people say its easier to remove if you take off the plastice inner wheel cover and go in from the wheel well.Does anybody know where the oil filter of a 2002 Saturn Vue is located?
Well, both 4 and 6 cylinder engines have drop in filters. This means that it does not look like a conventional oil filter on the bottom of the engine. Instead, It is located probably more towards the top with a large plastic nut or housing. You remove the housing and you pull the paper filter out. It is very weird. I really don't know what side of the engine it would be located on. If you have the owners manual it might tell you.
