there testing shows 99% but this is misleading yes it filters out 99% of contaminants(only of oil that actualy flows through media) but when cold most oil just bypasses filterWhat's the best auto oil filter on the market ?

the best filters are either K%26amp;N or Mobil 1 filters they filter out like 99% of contaminants and they have an anti- drain back valve which prevents cold starting but for the most part any quality filter ( pure one, fram, stp, AC delco, or motorcraft) will be fine as long as you change your oil on time.
i use fram or k%26amp;n on my car there good filters
i own a repair shop and i have always used fram filters and never had any problems from them at all ,i have tried other brands and they worked alright ,but i do prefer a fram or an ac delco those are my two only choices,good luck hope this helps.
