UM........In the medical kit???????????Does anyone know where the oil filter gauze is located on a 1999 Honda CB250 Engine?
Ask your Honda dealer, or thumb through a Haynes/ Clymer manual. Sometimes if you have the owners manual it will tell you how to check the gauze filter- I know what you mean!...


Its a metal mesh- aka Gauze filter.


Tut- just goes to show something- some people who go round with picture(s) of Indian Larry -dont do his memory any favours. From what i understand he was a biker, he didnt care what you rode as long as it was a bike, but he used Harley lumps... and im sure if i was in USA fabricating i would use Harley lumps to, as they are readily available, bomb proof and a world of parts you can chuck on them.





Im British, and i have people i know around the world, but i dont feel the need to correct what they say, because i try to understand what they are asking- so if someone has a leaking fuel tap, i dont correct them because they are using names or terminology that is comonly said in thier part of the world - to me that's uncool.





It should be about helping your fellow biker not nit-picking over what the part is Called in your part of the globe!.

Do you mean the oil filter screen?


Inside the right crankcase cover.


Remove the oil pump to get it.
