What is the best synthetic automotive oil, oil filter, air filter, and spark plugs for a ford F-150 XLT V8?

I dont have 4WD, I have only 2WD. I need to get the oil changed and filter changed along with the other things listed. If you have not ALWAYS used synthetic, dont change to synthetic. I prefer Mobile One synthetic, fram filters, and Motorcraft spark plugs. Taller than stock tires will help improve gas mileage on the highway only. I use Castrol Syntech and Motocraft filters. If this is a newer truck, the engine should last a long time as they have been putting double roller cam chains in since around 90. Get the largest size tire you can...tallest. Skinny is good. Taller than 85 series. Good luck.
