15208-93000 OIL FILTER is what they threw at me at the parts counter at nissan , and when I looked it up on the computer I have a VQ35DE ENGINE v6 and the part the listed was a15208-65F00, WHATS THE DIFFERENCE AND SHOULD I go back and exchange the filter for the 65F00WHat is the correct oil filter for a 2003 pathfinder engine?
in the shop that i work in, we have one that is being fazed out, pz109 and its replacement a pz37 will do exactly the same thing. there is only about a half an inch difference in the height. after that, nothing else changes.WHat is the correct oil filter for a 2003 pathfinder engine?
possibly a superseded part or just new way of numbering but nothing wrong with checking at the dealer just to be sure the wrong filter could ruin your engine in the long term
